Toronto based, Feel Good Cars Inc., plans to introduce its electric two-seater car, Zenn in US from this month end. French Sailboat Company, Microcar, gave birth to Zenn, from whom Feel Good Cars purchased.
The 120 inches long, Zenn ( Zenn — short for zero emissions, no noise) can go 35 miles on a single charge, and has a top speed limit of 25 mph suitable for short rides. This lead-acid batteries powered car exceedingly meets U.S. and Canadian safety standards for low-speed electric vehicles.
Clifford hopes to sell as many as 2,000 pieces of the $10,000 electric car in the next 12 months. Adding to the 20 U.S. dealers already signed, he hopes to have around 45 dealers by the end of the year.
Powered by a tiny 505cc diesel engine, Zenn is known as MC-2 in Europe.
