Phoenix Motorcars have developed a new electricity powered SUT or Sports Utility Truck and they state that this car is the perfect electric car of the future.
The car will be introduced in late 2007 and will have a range of 130 miles with a fully charged battery. Moreover you will be able to charge the car in 10 minutes with an off-board charging unit or keep it plugged to a 220V supply for a night.
Electricity does not hamper the performance of the car and it can still run at more than 95 Miles Per Hour on a freeway and that too with five commuters and full payload.
The company is planning to extend the range of the car from 130 miles to 250 miles and still allowing the 10 minute recharge option.
According to me that really is a perfect electric car...! What Say?

It is a perfect electric car, but only for now. If they would be able to extend it to 250 miles without affecting the speed and efficiency, then I would believe it. I love the design and I think adding Brush Guards would make it look bad.
