Phoenix Motorcars a California based small entrepreneurial company dedicated to manufacturing emission free vehicles is all set to mass produce , freeway speed electric automobiles .
The minimum range of these cars would be 120 miles per charge with a top speed of 95 miles per hour. They will hit the showroom floor by mid 2007.
