Well I am not sure about the picture but one thing is sure that if this is Prius then I am not going for it. The car has many improvements in its technology.
It is expected to have lithium-ion batteries with better efficiency and promises an increased in-city mileage to 80 MPG. There is a possibility of plug in models to be introduced that is a desperately needed feature moreover, the car may have an additional solar panel mounted on the roof that will charge the battery simultaneously.
Technical aspects of the car make it a futuristic model but if this is its real picture I think this design is a real blunder. Well! they no the market better than me.
