For the very first time, a fuel-cell vehicle has been made on hand for hired-car services thereby allowing the consumers with the opportunity to experience the performance and benefits of sophisticated uncontaminated technology. The latest version X-TRAIL fuel-cell vehicle has been delivered by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd, Japan to Kanagawa Toshi Kotsu Ltd.

The vehicle is powered by hydrogen fuel cells and in intended to be a part of their chauffer-driven hired-car fleet. Nissan original fuel-cell stack gets the X-TRAIL FCV to bring a power output of up to 90 kilowatts while the maximum speed and the acceleration can be healthily compared to that of gasoline engines.

Nissan Green Program 2010 aims to deliver superior technology and products to help make cutback in CO2 emissions and encouraging the use of fuel-cell vehicles.
